The best wildlife viewing months in Tanzania are during the dry season from late June to October. The best chance of seeing the wildebeest migration in the Serengeti is during June and July and the time to see the wildebeest calving is late January to February.

Moshi is a small Tanzanian town which sits due south of Kilimanjaro National Park. Due to Moshi’s close proximity to Kilimanjaro, many trekkers use the town as their base before hiking the mountain. Of which there is a huge number of Luxurious or budget hotels and lodges.
